I read the September 2007 Bog by Karl Fisch and was impressed that so many teachers are so technologically illiterate. I have always been told that you’re not a leader unless someone is following. How can one teach effectively and be a leader in today's technologically advanced society if they can not even operate a computer? I realize there are ways around it; however this doesn't mean that it’s what is best.
. My opinion is that if you choose to go into the teaching field it is an ever learning career. As teachers, we should want to advance in personal knowledge, not only for ourselves but for the future of the generation that is coming up. We are the leaders of tomorrow so its up to use to become efficient with technology today.
